Refund Policy:
Refund Process for Payment on Delivery (COD): Returns can only be made at any ALDO store across the kingdom. Refunds for COD purchases are exclusively processed through in-store.
Refund Process for Tamara Credit Card, and Mada Payment (in-store returns): For Tamara and Mada purchases returned in-store, refunds will be issued in cash only.
Refund Process for Tamara, Credit Card, and Mada Payment: The amount will be refunded to the Credit card (Visa, Master and AMEX) with which the payment was made. Usually, it takes around 7 to 14 working days, MADA refunds can take up to 14 Days (depending on the type of card and the bank) from our receipt of the product to our warehouse and ensures the safety of the Returned items and the packaging.
*Items must be returned in original packaging (in original condition) and price tags unused and excluding not eligible items
Return Policy:
We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 14 days of your purchase. ALDO reserves the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the 14 day period or the return of any item which is not in the same condition as when received.
A few exceptions...
- In the interest of hygiene, earrings, jewelry, sunglasses, hair accessories, cosmetics, socks, and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any time.
- No items may be returned or exchanged between Black Friday and Cyber Monday
- Items must be returned unworn, unused and in the original packaging which also must be in a good condition.
- Items purchased under bundle promotion such as Buy 1 Get 1 free should be returned back both together, otherwise the refund will not processed. In case not received together, the customer shall be charged an additional 25 SAR fee as shipping charges to either send the remaining item or receive back the returned one.

If you return non-returnable item or wrong items the package will be declined and you will be charged SAR 25 shipping fees and the item will be sent back to your address.
Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and should be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
How can you return your Order?
You may return online orders free via courier through return center aldoksa.returnscenter.com. Purchases and orders placed in-store can be returned in-store only.

For now, you can request a return through the Returns Center link on our website, a courier will contact you to return the items.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
What is your price adjustment policy?
Price adjustments may be applied with the original receipt on regular-priced items bought in-store only, within 7 days of the original purchase. They are not applicable on items purchased on promotion or in conjunction with a fundraising campaign. There is no price adjustment on online purchases.
Do I need to pay to return my order?
We offer free shipping on all online returns.
